What is Aly?

Aly is a healthcare platform that connects patients in Florida with licensed physicians for personalized wellness programs including weight management, sexual health, and more. Consultations are conducted online, and your program is shipped directly to your door.

What does my plan include?

Your monthly subscription includes: physician consultation, your personalized treatment program, all necessary supplies, ongoing care team support, and free priority shipping. There are no additional charges or hidden fees beyond your monthly plan price.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. We have no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your patient portal or by contacting our support team. You are only responsible for orders that have already been shipped to you.

How does billing work?

Your subscription is billed monthly on the same date you initially signed up. You will be charged the plan price displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees, setup costs, or price increases based on dosage. You can view your billing history and manage your subscription at any time through your patient portal.

What is your refund policy?

If your physician determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, you will receive a full refund. For shipped orders, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your experience, contact our support team within 30 days and we will work to resolve it. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details.

How will charges appear on my statement?

Charges will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “ALY HEALTH” or “JOINALY.COM”. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact our support team before initiating a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it quickly.

What states do you serve?

Aly currently serves patients located in the state of Florida only. We are actively working to expand to additional states. You must be a Florida resident with a valid Florida shipping address to use our services.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Aly does not accept or require insurance. Our pricing is all-inclusive — covering the physician consultation, your program, supplies, and free shipping. No copays, no surprise bills, no insurance paperwork.

Are your clinicians licensed?

Yes. All physicians on our platform are licensed, board-certified healthcare providers authorized to practice medicine in the state of Florida. Each physician undergoes credential verification before joining our network.

Are your programs safe?

All programs are supervised by licensed physicians and fulfilled through licensed US partners that follow strict quality and safety standards. All products are prepared in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

How does shipping work?

All orders ship via priority carrier with tracking. Your order arrives in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents for your privacy. Shipping is free on all orders. Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days after your physician approves your treatment plan.
