Two promises, written down.

Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. AI Visibility and Market Leader add a second one on the number we measure. Here is exactly what each covers, because a guarantee is only worth what its definitions say.

1 · The 30-day money-back guarantee

Every plan: AI Front Desk, Growth, Market Leader and AI Visibility.

If you cancel within 30 days of your first billing date, Aly refunds your first month’s fee in full. You do not have to give a reason, show results, or fill in a form.

How to ask. Email [email protected] or tell us on a call, any time in your first 30 days. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with within 10 business days.
What it covers. Aly’s monthly fee for your first month, on whichever plan you started.
What it does not cover. Ad spend, which you pay directly to Meta and Google from accounts in your name, and any third-party service you contract directly. Later months are not covered.
Once per practice. The guarantee applies to your first 30 days with Aly, not to each plan change or to a returning practice.
What you keep. Your ad accounts, pages, patient data and creative stay yours. A phone number we provisioned for you can be ported to your own carrier on request.

Why it is not tied to results

The refund does not depend on how many leads, patients or dollars you got. Fees that move with patient numbers are exactly what patient-brokering and fee-splitting rules forbid for medical practices, so our guarantees are tied to time and to a visibility metric, never to referrals.

AI Visibility and Market Leader.

The promise

If, after 90 days on AI Visibility or Market Leader, your trailing 30-day Answer Share has not risen above your baseline, Aly continues to deliver the AI Visibility work at no charge, month after month, until the first month in which it has. On Market Leader, the AI Visibility share of the fee ($997 a month) is waived; the rest of the plan continues at its normal fee.

The definitions

Answer Set. The 40 to 60 patient-intent prompts built for your practice at onboarding, covering discovery, procedure, cost, eligibility, brand and head-to-head questions for your city and named competitors. It is frozen and versioned. Neither you nor we can change it during the guarantee period without resetting the baseline.
Engines. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, on the models named in your audit, with web search enabled. If an engine retires a model, we substitute its successor and note it in your dashboard.
Answer Share. The percentage of Answer Set prompt-and-engine pairs in which your practice is named, by name or by a citation of your website.
Baseline. Your Answer Share measured in your first 30 days, before any of our on-site changes go live, as the average of at least two full runs.
Trailing 30-day. The average of all runs in the preceding 30 days. AI answers vary day to day; a single reading proves nothing in either direction.
Risen above. Any increase over the baseline, measured the same way, on the same Answer Set, on the same engines.

What you agree to

Access. You give us access to your website (or your developer) and your Google Business Profile within 14 days of signing.
Implementation. Page rebuilds, schema and listings changes we deliver go live within 14 days of delivery, or you give us the access to do it ourselves. Work you decline or delay pauses the 90-day clock for that time.
Accuracy. The practice name, address, phone, website and procedures you give us are correct and stay correct. A rebrand, a move or a new domain resets the baseline.

What it is not

It is not a guarantee of patients, revenue or bookings, and it does not cover the AI Front Desk, ads, or recall work. Answer Share measures visibility. We believe visibility drives patients, and we will show you the correlation in your dashboard, but the guarantee is written against the number we can measure honestly.
It is not a refund. Months already delivered were delivered. This guarantee is future months at no charge until the number rises; refunds are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above.
It does not survive cancellation. If you cancel, the guarantee ends with the plan.

Why we can offer it

Because the Answer Set is frozen, the answers are stored verbatim, and the number is computed by code you can audit in your dashboard. We cannot flatter the metric, and neither can anyone else. We would rather work for free for a month than sell a practice a number that does not mean anything.

For your counsel

Aly’s fees are flat monthly fees for marketing services. Aly does not charge per patient, per lead, per appointment or as a share of revenue, and does not accept such compensation. The guarantee above adjusts the fee based on a visibility metric, not on patient volume or revenue.
